About Moultrie Band
The Moultrie Band has a prestigious history of success at both state and national events and has earned the Outstanding Performance Award given by the South Carolina Band Directors Association for 14 consecutive years. The Moultrie Honor Band received unanimous superior ratings at the 2019 National Adjudicators Invitational in Atlanta, first place in Division 4, and won the Outstanding Woodwinds Performance Award for the middle school division.
In addition, student of all grade levels routinely receive numerous individual accolades in region and state honor bands and at events like the state Solo & Ensemble assessment. To improve their individual skills, a large percentage of students take advantage of the private lesson opportunities offered through the Moultrie Band Private Lesson Academy.
